For everyone’s safety, we kindly ask that children are supervised near the pool and dock.

House Rules Check-in: 4:00 PM | Check-out: 11:00 AM Early check-in and late check-out are by approval only and subject to additional fees. Quiet Hours: 10:00 PM – 8:00 AM (Monroe County ordinance). No excessive noise at any time. Maximum Occupancy: 9 guests. All guests must be registered and approved. Unauthorized guests are not permitted. Age Requirement: Primary renter must be 25+ and provide valid photo ID. Smoking: No smoking inside the home. Outdoor smoking only. Indoor smoking will result in a $1,000 remediation fee. Pets: Allowed with prior approval and required fees. Pets must be leashed outdoors, never left unattended, and are not allowed on furniture or bedding. Parking: Limited on-site parking only. No street, grass, or neighboring-property parking. Pool & Spa: Use at your own risk. No glass, running, diving, or eating/drinking in the spa. Pool closes at sundown. Security: Exterior cameras and noise-monitoring devices are in use for safety. Tampering with devices or equipment is prohibited. Respect the Home: Please treat the property with care. Report any damage upon arrival. Furniture and items must remain in their original locations. Prohibited: Fireworks, firearms, illegal activity, unauthorized events, filming without approval, or tampering with locks/equipment. Failure to follow these rules may result in additional fees, immediate termination of stay, and/or forfeiture of the reservation without refund.
